What is Assertiveness toronto?
I’m an interpersonal skills coach with 3+ years experience helping people to find their confidence and lose the fear of saying what is on their mind. I’m also a software developer. A pretty regular guy by all accounts except one - I used to be painfully shy. Being assertive and saying what is on my mind is a challenge I’ve overcome with practice and intention. I have used the technique of behaviour rehearsal to move past my own fears and I get a great deal of fulfillment from supporting others to develop themselves in the same way.
